Aight so ive been on my UK tip as of late been watching a few urbanized UK flicks like Kidulthood and its follow up Adulthood. If you get a chance i would suggest checking both those movies out. With that said the music in both flicks opened my ears to the UK hip hop scene with artist like Sway, Chipmunk and Wiley to name a few. Cats are skilled and have a unique spit in my opinion but not too many US heads are on it, so consider yourself put on.

Ok so the Kanye album “Graduation” was one of the last post here on cypher session. So i only find it appropriate to pick up where we left off. Yup thats right today is the release of Kanye’s latest release “808′s and Heartbreaks” I along with many of you have already heard the album prior to its release, with that said. Lets all be good sports and cop the real deal before we pass judgment based on some fony DJ mixes. I shamelessly copped on itunes today and will give my opinion after i let this soak in.

So i guess if Curt is true to his word like he swears he is we wont be hearing anymore classic “YEEA yeeeeeah” throughout his next album. Okay so Ive heard both of the two albums dropping 09/11. Kayne vs Curtis. As many of you could predict Kayne wins by a land slide. Im not this biggest Kayne fan in the world but i must say the majority of these tracks are solid gold. Curtis on the other hand has maybe two or three good tracks at best. Im so sick of the studio gangster mentality the majority of these so called rap artist commit to. Kayne at least has some substance in his lyrics and will often make you pause and think when lisinting for the first time. So long story short Kayne is killing Curtis- Hi Key! Thats all and thats it.
